缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是调控细胞氧平衡、缺氧状态下能量代谢以及相关基因调控的转录因子,能与缺氧反应基因上特定位点结合,启动靶基因的转录,使机体对缺氧产生一系列适应性反应。葡萄糖转运因子1(Glut1)是葡萄糖转运蛋白家族成员之一,主要介导细胞内外的跨膜转运,调节葡萄糖摄取,对糖代谢的调节等功能起到关键的作用。二者与卵巢癌等实体瘤的发生、发展,甚至转移及预后都有密切关系。该文就HIF-1和Glut1的特性和在卵巢癌中的研究进展作一概述。
Hypoxia-inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) is a transcription factor that regulates cellular oxygen balance, energy metabolism in hypoxia and regulation of related genes. It binds to a specific site of hypoxia response gene and initiates the transcription of target genes The body produces a series of adaptive responses to hypoxia. Glucose transporter 1 (Glut1) is a member of the glucose transporter family, which mainly mediates transmembrane transport both inside and outside the cell, regulates glucose uptake and plays a key role in glucose metabolism regulation and other functions. Both ovarian cancer and other solid tumor occurrence, development, and even metastasis and prognosis are closely related. This article summarizes the characteristics of HIF-1 and Glut1 and the research progress in ovarian cancer.
