在各种蜘蛛毒素中发现有多种酶类以及对哺乳动物,昆虫神经系统有选择性作用的一些神经毒素。虎纹捕鸟蛛是在云南、广西一带发现的一个捕鸟蛛科新种,其粗毒中主要含有HWTX-Ⅰ,HWTX-Ⅱ,HWTX-Ⅴ,HWTX-Ⅺ等几种神经毒素,还有一些多肽类(毒液的主要成分都为相对分子质量2×103~9×103的多肽)、蛋白质和低相对分子质量物质所构成的复杂混合物,具有多种活性及生理作用,在治疗癫痫病、癌症、脑溢血、神经肌肉疼痛等方面有着广泛应用前景,作者对虎纹捕鸟蛛的来源、毒性成分及其应用、毒性成分的药理及研究展望进行了文献整理。
A variety of enzymes are found in various spider toxins and some neurotoxins are selective for mammalian and insect nervous systems. Tiger bumble beetle is a new species of Trachinidae found in Yunnan and Guangxi. The crude poison contains mainly several kinds of neurotoxins, such as HWTX-Ⅰ, HWTX-Ⅱ, HWTX-Ⅴ and HWTX-Ⅺ, Some peptides (the main components of venom are 2 × 103 ~ 9 × 103 molecular weight of the polypeptide), protein and low relative molecular weight substances constitute a complex mixture of a variety of activities and physiological role in the treatment of epilepsy, Cancer, cerebral hemorrhage, neuromuscular pain and so on. The author reviews the origin, toxicological components and their applications, the pharmacology and the research prospect of toxic components of the tiger-birding spider.
