赣香A是江西省农业科学院水稻研究所育成的一个野败籼型三系不育系,已经在省内外配组应用。为了弄清赣香A对稻瘟病的抗性水平,利用江西和福建省稻瘟病重发区进行自然鉴定,并用江西省26个市、县主要水稻产区采集的生理小种:ZA(24个)、ZB(70个)、ZC(18个)、ZD(3个)、ZE(2个)和ZG(5个)群,计122个稻瘟病单孢菌株和浙江省稻瘟病优势及致病性较强的10个混合菌株进行人工接种鉴定。结果表明,赣香A在江西井冈山稻瘟病重发区叶瘟为0级,高抗叶瘟;在福建省将乐县稻瘟病发病区连续四年鉴定,表现苗瘟0级,高抗叶瘟;在福建上杭茶地稻瘟病区鉴定,苗瘟为0级、叶瘟4级、穗颈瘟3级,发病率显著低于诱发品种,中抗稻瘟病;浙江省人工接种鉴定结果苗瘟为0级,高抗叶瘟。通过用122个稻瘟病单孢菌株分别对赣香A接种鉴定,以广抗品种特特普和感病品种丽江新团黑谷作对照,赣香A对81个菌株表现出抗病反应,占所测菌株的76.23%,对28个菌株表现出感病反应,占所测菌株的22.95%,仅对1个菌株表现出高感;对照广抗品种特特普对99个菌株表现出抗病反应,占所测菌株的81.15%,感病品种丽江新团黑谷仅对1个菌株表现出抗病反应,占所测菌株的0.82%;赣香A对ZA、ZB、ZC、ZE群和ZD7、ZG1生理小种,抗性频率达到62.5%~100%,而特特普对ZA群生理小种表现感病,抗性频率仅为4.17%,说明赣香A表现出广谱抗性。通过比较赣香A与30个单基因抗病品种对122个稻瘟病菌的抗感反应,可知,赣香A的抗病性,比所测30个单基因抗病品种中抗病结果最好的Pi-Zt(抗病率74.59%)要好。。
Ganxiang A is a wild-type indica type CMS line bred by Rice Research Institute of Jiangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It has been applied in both inside and outside the province. In order to clarify the resistance of Ganxiang A to rice blast, the natural identification was made by using the blast areas in Jiangxi and Fujian Provinces. Physiological races collected from 26 major rice producing areas in 26 cities and counties of Jiangxi Province were used as ZA (24 ), ZB (70), ZC (18), ZD (3), ZE (2) and ZG (5) 10 strong hybrid strains for artificial inoculation identification. The results showed that Giangxiang A was highly resistant to leaf blast in the blast area of Jinggangshan, Jiangxi Province. It was identified for four consecutive years in the county of Jiangle of Fujian Province. In Fujian Shanghang tea blast area identification, seedling blast is 0, leaf blast 4, panicle blast 3, the incidence was significantly lower than the induced species, in the resistance to blast; Zhejiang Province artificial inoculation results of seedling blast 0, high resistance to leaf blast. By using 122 strains of Magnaporthe grisea to inoculate Jiangxi Ganxiang A respectively, the resistant and susceptible varieties Tertull and the susceptible variety Lijiang Xintiao Heigu were used as control. Ganxiang A showed resistance to 81 strains, accounting for 76.23% of the tested strains showed susceptible response to 28 strains, accounting for 22.95% of the tested strains, showing high susceptibility to only one strain. The control resistant variety Tertepin showed resistance to 99 strains Which accounted for 81.15% of the tested strains. The susceptible variety Lijiang Xintuan Black Valley showed resistance to only one strain, accounting for 0.82% of the tested strains. Ganxiang A had no significant effect on ZA, ZB, ZC, ZE and ZD7 and ZG1 races, the resistant frequency reached 62.5% ~ 100%, while the teicoplanin showed susceptibility to ZA group racial races, the frequency of resistance was only 4.17%, which indicated that Ganxiang A showed broad-spectrum resistance. By comparing the resistance of Ganxiang A and 30 single-disease resistant varieties to 122 M. grisea, we found that the resistance of Ganxiang A was the best among the 30 tested single-disease-resistant cultivars Pi-Zt (74.59% disease resistance) is better. .
