阐述了球面渐开线弧齿锥齿轮齿廓的形成机理,并以弧齿锥齿轮数学模型理论为基础,提出了一种利用UG表达式功能和参数化建模思想,精确生成锥齿轮的球面渐开线的方法,用变换、扫掠及回转等操作,建立了完整的球面渐开线弧齿锥齿轮三维造型。为弧齿锥齿轮设计与制造研究提供了设计思想及方法,同时也为其它具有复杂表面形体的参数化建模提供了参考。
The formation mechanism of spherical involute bevel gear profile is described. Based on the mathematical model theory of spiral bevel gear, a method is proposed to use UG function and parametric modeling to generate precise spherical surface of bevel gear Involute method, using transform, sweep and rotation and other operations, establish a complete spherical involute spiral bevel gear three-dimensional modeling. It provides the design ideas and methods for the design and manufacture of spiral bevel gears and also provides reference for other parametric modeling with complex surface shape.
