为了满足某大型国有企业总部对各下属单位高级管理人员薪酬发放管控的需求,基于该企业现有的人力资源管理系统框架设计了一套针对高级管理人员的薪酬集中管理方案。高级管理人员薪酬管理方案的设计实施,既满足了该企业总部对高级管理人员薪酬发放集中管控的需求,又满足了各下属单位掌握本单位高级管理人员薪酬发放数据的查询需求。从管理流程到系统操作上,真正实现了对高级管理人员薪酬发放的严格管控。
In order to meet the demand of the head office of a large state-owned enterprise for the payment and control of senior executives in each subordinate unit, a centralized management plan for remuneration of senior executives was designed based on the existing human resources management system framework of the enterprise. The design and implementation of the remuneration management plan for senior management not only met the requirement of the headquarter of the enterprise for the centralized management and control of the remuneration of senior executives but also met the inquiry needs of subordinate units for grasping the remuneration release data of the senior executives of the unit. From the management process to the operation of the system, the strict management and control over the remuneration of senior management personnel has been truly achieved.
