文章采用问卷调查,构建层级回归模型,研究了企业知识特征、创新战略对创新绩效的影响。从知识嵌入和知识距离两个维度将知识特征划分为低嵌入低距离、低嵌入高距离、高嵌入低距离和高嵌入高距离四种类型。通过SPSS18.0和AMOS18.0对400份样本数据进行分析验证,结果表明:创新战略和知识特征适配度与组织创新绩效正相关。高嵌入低距离知识特征下采用利用性创新战略、低嵌入高距离知识特征下采用探索性创新战略,均能获得较好的创新绩效。
This paper uses a questionnaire survey to construct a hierarchical regression model to study the impact of corporate knowledge characteristics and innovation strategy on innovation performance. According to knowledge embedding and knowledge distance, knowledge features are divided into four types: low embedding low distance, low embedding high distance, high embedding low distance and high embedding high distance. Through SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 analysis of 400 sample data, the results show that: innovation strategy and knowledge features fit degree is positively correlated with organizational innovation performance. Under the characteristics of high embedding low-distance knowledge, explorative innovation strategy is adopted, exploratory exploratory innovation strategy under the characteristics of low embedded high-distance knowledge can achieve better innovation performance.
