初出茅庐,我便担任了校长培训工作。这件事谁都觉得不可思议,论年龄我那么年轻,而我的学员大都“长了胡子”,又都带着“长”字,在他们面前我只是个“小伢子”(校长们这样称呼我)。因此每每走进教室,我心里就泛起一种异样的滋味。校长们大多是久经磨砺的老将,无论教学还是管理,都有他们自己的一套。因此,对于他们,我不光是“为之师”,也很乐意当其徒。上课时,我走上讲台阐述毛泽东教育理论、皮格马利翁效应,讲解孔子的救育思想,他们听得津津有味;下课后,他们“指点课堂”、“激扬文字”,我毕恭毕敬。东塔小学有位校长,是那一届唯一的“女将”,说我板书不规范、节奏太急促,我拉下“大丈夫”的架子,心悦诚服地接受了批评。互尊互重,是教学相长的基础。懂得了这一点,
