碧流河上游枯水季节不同时期径流变化是不同的，在建立预报关系时，应当分别不同情况合理选用方法，如退水系数 法，一元线型回归的方法及特殊处理建立中期预报方案。
During the dry season of the Biliu River, the runoff changes are different in different periods.
