用浓度为0、1、2、4、8、10μmol/L的亚砷酸钠处理人正常膀胱上皮细胞24 h和浓度为0、0.5μmol/L的亚砷酸钠处理人正常膀胱上皮细胞至40代,应用RT-PCR方法检测活化T细胞核因子(NFAT2 mRNA)的表达水平。结果显示,1μmol/L剂量组染砷24 h后NFAT2 mRNA表达水平显著高于其他浓度组(P<0.05);0.5μmol/L浓度砷长期处理细胞40代后引起NFAT2 mRNA表达水平显著增高(P<0.05)。提示,长期、低剂量砷处理的人正常膀胱上皮细胞NFAT2 mRNA水平增高。
