白头翁素为承气合剂组分之一，本实验通过体外细胞培养观察了白头翁素对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞（Ｍφ）分泌细胞因子的影响，结果表明白头翁素可抑制由内毒素（ＬＰＳ）诱导的Ｍφ释放白细胞介素６（ＩＬ－６），但对肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）的分泌无影响，对正常状态下Ｍφ的分泌无激活作用
Anemonin is one of the components of Chengqi Mixture. In this experiment, the effect of Anemonin on the secretion of cytokines by peritoneal macrophages (Mφ) in mice was observed by in vitro cell culture. The results showed that Pulsatilla striatum could inhibit LPS induced by endotoxin Mφ released interleukin 6 (IL-6) but had no effect on the secretion of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and no effect on Mφ secretion under normal conditions
