目的观察Ｍｅｌｋｅｒｓｓｏｎ－Ｒｏｓｅｎｔｈａｌ综合征（ＭＲＳ）的临床表现、病理改变。方法报告１例ＭＲＳ患者的临床资料，并作唇部组织活检免疫组化检查。结果唇部组织活检提示Ｔ细胞恶性淋巴瘤改变。本例用皮质类固醇治疗有效，用免疫增强剂转移因子亦有效。结论本例结果与国内外报告的ＭＲＳ情况相似 Objective To observe the clinical manifestations and pathological changes of Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome (MRS). Methods The clinical data of 1 patient with MRS were reported and immunohistochemically examined by lip biopsy. Results Lip biopsy showed the change of T cell malignant lymphoma. In this case, treatment with corticosteroids is effective, with immune enhancer transfer factor is also effective. Conclusions The results of this case are similar to those reported by MRS at home and abroad
