目的:对排风藤(Solanum cathayanum Wu et Huang)进行生药鉴别。方法:采用原植物鉴别,药材性状、显微、理化鉴别,确定药材鉴别特征,采用RP-HPLC法对番茄碱进行含量测定。结果:排风藤茎横切面表皮外侧具腺毛和非腺毛,中柱鞘部位有纤维断续成环带,维管束双韧型,韧皮部较窄,木质部宽广;粉末含草酸钙砂晶、非腺毛、导管和纤维;薄层色谱与对照番茄碱相应位置显相同颜色斑点,排风藤中番茄碱含量为0.24%。结论:分析总结了该药材性状、显微典型特征,建立了该药材中番茄碱含量测定方法,为制定排风藤药材质量标准及进一步开发利用该药物提供了依据。
Objective: To identify the crude drug of Solanum cathayanum Wu et Huang. Methods: The original plant identification, medicinal properties, microscopic, physical and chemical identification were used to determine the identification characteristics of medicinal materials. The content of tomato alkali was determined by RP-HPLC. RESULTS: There were glandular hairs and nonglandular hairs on the lateral surface of the cross-section of the cane, and the fibers were discontinuously nucleated at the middle peripheries. The vascular bundles were of the double-tendible type, the phloem was narrow, and the xylem was broad; the powder contained calcium oxalate crystals, Non-glandular hairs, catheters, and fibers; thin-layer chromatography showed the same color spots at the corresponding positions of the control tomato base, and the tomato base content in Paeonia vineea was 0.24%. Conclusion: The properties and microscopic characteristics of the medicinal materials were analyzed and summarized. The method for determining the content of tomatine in the medicinal materials was established. The results provided the basis for the development of the quality standard for the medicinal materials of row rattan and further development and utilization of the medicine.
