目的 观察腰椎小关节囊的解剖及组织学特点,探讨腰椎活动对关节囊的影响。方法 对5具正常人体腰椎标本进行小关节囊的大体解剖观察;对2例人体新鲜L5小关节囊进行间苯二酚品红-VG染色,观察小关节囊的组织学构成。结果 关节囊外层为均一致密的胶原纤维组织,上下部纤维走行方向不同;中层在关节囊纤维两端有大量弹性纤维分布。结论 复杂的解剖和组织结构使关节囊适于承受来自各个方向的载荷,并可影响小关节力学特性。过度的腰椎旋转易导致小关节囊损伤,这可能是一些临床疗法后腰痛加重的原因。
Objective To observe the anatomic and histological features of the facet joint capsule and to explore the effect of lumbar motion on the joint capsule. Methods The gross anatomical observation of the facet joint capsule was performed on five normal human lumbar spine specimens. Resorcinol-magenta-VG staining was performed on two fresh human L5 articular capsule to observe the histological structure of the facet joint capsule. Results The outer layer of the joint capsule consisted of dense and uniform collagen fibers. The upper and lower fibers traveled differently. The middle layer had a large number of elastic fibers distributed at both ends of the capsule fibers. Conclusions Complex anatomy and tissue structure make the joint capsule suitable for bearing load from all directions and can affect the mechanical properties of the facet joint. Excessive rotation of the lumbar spine can easily lead to damage to the facet joint capsule, which may be responsible for the increased back pain in some clinical therapies.
