With the open development of the economies in various countries, the status of international trade is becoming more and more important. The World Trade Organization WTO, which has 160 member states as of June 26, 2014, as the world’s largest international economic organization, plays an important role in reducing trade barriers and coordinating the trade and economic relations among nations. The multilateral trading system it supports provides a good platform for trade talks between countries. However, the failure of the Doha Round negotiations and the uncoordinated interests of developed and developing countries have caused people to start questioning the multilateral trading system. At the same time, the development of regional grouping poses a challenge to the multilateral trade system of the WTO.
