用矮壮素、脱落酸、山梨醇、丁酰肼等4种植物生长抑制剂对马铃薯“晋薯16号”进行离体保存研究,选出能够延长其保存时间的抑制剂种类和浓度水平,为马铃薯种质资源的离体保存提供科学理论和实践依据。结果表明,4种抑制剂均对马铃薯离体保存有显著的影响,最适宜常温下马铃薯离体保存的抑制剂为矮壮素400mg/L,其次为山梨醇20mg/L。离体保存后的试管苗没有发生遗传变异。
