司法可以有许多价值诉求,但是司法公正,一直是司法的生命基础,也是司法制度所追求的最终极的价值,我国的司法改革也一样。但是现实告诉我们,我国的司法改革的层次和水准还不尽如人意,还有较大的可以上升的空间。司法公正不是凭空产生的,而受制许多主客观复杂因素的制约,比如说立法不够完善、保障机制不够健全等。惟有科学立法,保障机制全部到位、臻于成熟后,司法公正才能真正的得以实现,社会主义的司法制度才能够真正焕发出其内在的优越性和价值。 Justice can have many value appeals, but judicial impartiality has always been the basis for the life of the judiciary.
