研究大鼠肝血管局部输注ADM,与DAC-树脂DHP联合应用,观察对心肌组织MDA含量及心肌超微结构的影响。结果表明,与对照组比较,能明显降低心肌MDA含量,在联合应用后2小时和8天分别为0.4054±0.0497对0.7129±0.1631nmol/mgCpro(P<0.005)和0.5504±0.0628对0.7452±0.0612nmol/mgCpro(P<0.005)。超微结构结果显示联合应用均能明显减轻ADM所致急性和亚急性心肌损害的程度。研究结果表明,联合应用能减轻ADM所致自由基导致心肌脂质过氧化的程度,明显减轻心肌形态学的损害程度。
To investigate the effect of local administration of ADM on hepatic vessels of rats and the combination of DAC-resin and DHP, the effects of ADM on cardiac MDA content and myocardial ultrastructure were observed. The results showed that compared with the control group, the content of MDA in myocardium was significantly decreased, which were 0.4054 ± 0.0497 vs 0.7129 ± 0.1631nmol / mgCpro (P <0.005) at 2 hours and 8 days after the combination, And 0.5504 ± 0.0628 vs 0.7452 ± 0.0612 nmol / mgCpro (P <0.005). The ultrastructural results showed that the combined application can significantly reduce the degree of acute and subacute myocardial damage caused by ADM.
