采用国产Q235热轧钢材设计并制作防屈曲支撑,对3个钢材品种、3种截面、2种灌实材料的6个防屈曲支撑试件开展试验研究。通过低周反复荷载加载试验,研究防屈曲支撑的力-位移滞回曲线、骨架曲线及其刚度退化过程、等效黏滞阻尼比等抗震性能。结果表明:一字形芯材防屈曲支撑的构造合理,所有试件的滞回曲线稳定饱满;芯材特性和灌实材料强度对于该种防屈曲支撑的耗能性能均有较大影响。
The domestic Q235 hot-rolled steel was designed and produced with anti-buckling support. Six buckling-supported specimens of three steel varieties, three sections and two kinds of filling materials were tested. Through low-cycle repeated loading tests, the force-displacement hysteresis curves of buckling brace, the skeleton curve and its stiffness degeneration process, the equivalent viscous damping ratio and other seismic performance are studied. The results show that the structure of buckling brace of Y-shaped core is reasonable and the hysteresis curve of all samples is stable and full. The characteristics of core material and the strength of filling material have a great influence on the energy dissipation performance of the buckling brace.
