本文对影响机床主轴部件静刚度的一些因素进行了分析,并提出为提高主轴部件刚度所应注意的事项。如主轴受力的部位和方向的影响,考虑轴承也具有弹性变形时的合理的支座距离和悬臂比,主轴断面形状对刚度的影响,滾动轴承的刚度、配合间隙、接触变形和弹性变形等对主轴部件效果刚度的影响等。最后并推荐考虑轴承具有弹性位移而影响支座位置时,主轴部件刚度的计算方法。
