企业间的竞争离不开人才的竞争,为人才创造一个发展良好的企业文化环境氛围和鼓励机制,这与企业管理与思政工作的创新密不可分。没有合理的企业管理制度就谈不上企业的凝聚力与发展力。没有创新的思政工作,企业员工将无法摆脱教条主义的束缚,不会有思想上的空间与提升,就无法为企业带来可观的效益。
The competition among enterprises is inseparable from the competition of talents, creating a well-developed corporate culture environment atmosphere and encouragement mechanism for talents, which is closely linked with the innovation of enterprise management and ideological and political work. Without a reasonable enterprise management system, there can be no corporate cohesion and development capacity. Without innovative ideological and political work, employees will not be able to get out of the dogmas’ bounds and will not have the ideological space and advancement to bring substantial benefits to the enterprise.
