目的:探讨利多卡因宫颈旁神经阻滞麻醉在人工流产术中减少患者痛苦及手术并发症的效果。方法:早期人工流产者500例依据人工流产前麻醉方法分为3组。A组160例于宫颈黏膜与阴道黏膜交界处3,9点行宫颈旁神经阻滞;B组160例于宫颈黏膜与阴道黏膜交界处4,8点处进行宫颈旁神经阻滞麻醉下人工流产术,C组180例不实施宫颈旁神经阻滞麻醉。观察宫颈旁神经阻滞对人工流产综合反应的预防作用,并与C组进行比较。结果:A,B组对人工流产综合反应预防作用优于C组(P<0.05),B组优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:应用质量分数1%利多卡因于宫颈黏膜与阴道黏膜交界处4,8点处宫颈旁神经阻滞麻醉下行人工流产,可明显减轻患者痛苦及人工流产综合反应的发生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of lidocaine-induced cervical parathyroid blockade in patients with abortion and surgical complications in induced abortion. Methods: 500 cases of early induced abortion were divided into 3 groups according to preanesthetic anesthesia method. A group of 160 cases at the junction of cervical mucosa and vaginal mucosa at 3,9 point of cervical paravalvular nerve block; 160 cases of B group at the junction of cervical mucosa and vaginal mucosa at 4,8 point of cervical paraarqillary nerve block anesthesia induced abortion Surgery, C group of 180 patients without paraesthesic nerve block anesthesia. To observe the preventive effect of cervical parathyroids on the comprehensive response of induced abortion, and compare with C group. Results: The preventive effect of combined abortion in group A and group B was better than group C (P <0.05), and group B was superior to group A (P <0.05). Conclusion: The abortion induced by 1% lidocaine with cervical paraarral nerve block at 4 and 8 points at the junction of cervical mucosa and vaginal mucosa can obviously reduce the pain and the incidence of induced abortion.
