在研制新型避孕药的努力中,免疫避孕疫苗引起人们的重视。用免疫法控制生育具有许多优势:无药物的毒副作用,管理使用方便、低价,相对的作用持久而且作用可逆。其中,找到理想的精子特异性抗原是免疫避孕疫苗制备的关键。用不孕症患者血清中提取的抗精子抗体(ASA)来寻找睾丸cDNA文库表达的抗原候选对象,结果发现最有特征性及最有效的免疫原为LDH-C4,其产生的免疫作用在多种哺乳动物,包括灵长类具有抗生育性,且作用可逆。本文就LDH-C4近年来的研究进展作一综述。
In the development of new contraceptives efforts, immunization contraception has drawn people’s attention.
