检验科的工作质量是医院临床医疗质量的重要组成部分。检验结果是否准确、及时是临床医师诊断治疗的重要依据。近年来,大量新的检验仪器问世,检验方法不断涌现和更新,试剂规格增多,对检验人员的技术素质和检验质量的管理的要求都显著提高了。在这种情况下检验质量控制管理是摆在我们面前的紧迫任务。文章分析了目前采用的管理方法的优、缺点。主要有:①工作量考核计时管理;②检验科负责控制管理;③检验人员的再教育。分析结果认为,现行管理方法虽然有不足之处,但仍然是科学的,可行的,能起到质量保证作用。我们应提高自信心,相信自己,在严格质控管理下把我们的工作做得更好。
The quality of laboratory work is an important part of the hospital’s clinical medical quality. Whether the test result is accurate or timely is an important basis for clinicians to diagnose and treat. In recent years, a large number of new inspection instruments have been introduced, inspection methods have been continuously emerging and updated, reagent specifications have increased, and requirements for the inspection personnel’s technical quality and inspection quality management have been significantly improved. Inspection of quality control management in this situation is an urgent task before us. The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current management methods. Mainly include: 1 workload assessment timing management; 2 laboratory responsible for the control of management; 3 inspectors of re-education. The results of the analysis suggest that although the existing management method has its shortcomings, it is still scientific and feasible and can play a role in quality assurance. We should improve our confidence, believe in ourselves, and do our job better under strict quality control.
