本文对31例单纯性肥胖病儿和正常儿童的血和尿游离氨基酸含量进行测定分析。结果;肥胖组与正常对照相比血胆固醇、甘油三酯、胰岛素、C 肽和胰高血糖素含量均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。血浆支链氨基酸水平升高(P<0.05),甘氨酸水平降低(P<0.01),24小时尿游离氨基酸排泄,除未测色氨酸外其它7种必需氨基酸(异亮、亮、缬、苯丙、苏、蛋和赖氨酸)排泄量明显增加(P<0.05)。5种非必需氨基酸(丙、天冬、甘、谷和丝氨酸)排泄量明显减少(P<0.05)。提示血和尿游离氨基酸含量可作为判断本病氨基酸代谢异常的重要指标。
In this paper, 31 cases of simple obesity children and normal children’s blood and urine free amino acid content analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the content of blood cholesterol, triglyceride, insulin, C-peptide and glucagon in the obesity group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.01). (P <0.05), the level of glycine decreased (P <0.01), and the excretion of free amino acids in urine at 24 hours was excreted. Except for the absence of tryptophan, the other seven kinds of essential amino acids C, S, E and Lys) significantly increased (P <0.05). The excretion of five kinds of nonessential amino acids (C, Asparagus, Glycerin, Glutamic acid and Serine) decreased significantly (P <0.05). Prompt blood and urine free amino acid content can be used as an important indicator to determine the abnormal amino acid metabolism.
