在油田井下作业施工中,做好油井防喷是施工安全的关键。即便在低压区块,由于管杆结垢、结腊,油杆断脱、卡泵等原因,不能进行压井或循环不能彻底,或高油气比的井筒,在起下抽油杆作业时必须安装抽油杆防喷装置。目前,国内各油田上无统一的抽油杆防喷装置,各设备生产厂家或油田用户研制的抽油杆防喷器存在种类繁多、结构复杂、成本高、体积大,从而增大操作劳动强度、关井不迅速及关井后不方便进行洗压井等后续作业等缺点。通过对比国内油田各单位现场使用的抽油杆防喷器,优化并研制了内嵌式抽油杆防喷器,该装置具有安装方便快捷、体积小、重量轻,能够大大地降低操作工的劳动强度,同时具有抗高压性能,而且安装封井后还可以进行放压和洗压井,有利于井喷后下一步工作的展开。目前吐哈油田已经全面推开,通过近两年来,从未发生过井涌、井喷险情,从而做到了本质安全生产。
