对某后发高职院校的系主任L就系主任工作、教研科研项目、奖项申报、专业和课程、师资队伍等问题进行了个案访谈。访谈内容揭示了后发高职院校的发展困境:改革“节点”尚未突破、院系管理体制落后、发展所需的外部支持匮乏。突破困境的路径包括:体制创新、管理创新和理论创新。
On a post-secondary vocational school, director L on the department director, teaching and research projects, awards, professional and curriculum, faculty and other issues were interviewed. The contents of the interview revealed the dilemma of the development of higher vocational colleges after the reform: the “node” of reform has not yet been broken, and the lack of external support for the development of the faculty management system lags behind. Break through the predicament of the path include: institutional innovation, management innovation and theoretical innovation.
