教师既要善于鼓励学生积极思考问题和敢于提出问题,又要因材施教,及时给予指导。换言之,要在教师的指导下,让学生通过自己的探索与发现得出结论、找到答案、发现规律。教师如果能恰当的处理好课堂设问、点拨,则能更好地激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生数学学习的思维的深度和广度。所以,在新课改的背景下如何避免“启而不发”成了广大教师面临的一大难题。
Teachers should not only be good at encouraging students to think actively and dare to ask questions, but also teach students in accordance with their aptitudes and give timely guidance. In other words, under the guidance of teachers, students should draw conclusions, find answers and discover laws through their own exploration and discovery. If teachers can properly handle the class questions and answers, it can better stimulate students ’interest in learning and develop the depth and breadth of students’ thinking in mathematics learning. Therefore, under the background of the new curriculum reform, how to avoid “apocalypse” has become a major challenge facing the majority of teachers.
