1 Preface According to the survey, Dalian currently has 1 million tons of fly ash emissions, and will reach over 2 million tons by 2010. Such a large amount of fly ash can not be reasonably utilized, which will seriously affect the environmental construction of Dalian. Therefore, the municipal government, city construction committee decided to increase efforts to comprehensive utilization of fly ash.
