随着多电飞机的发展,飞机试验机的测试参数及相关传感器和参数采集记录设备不断增多,常规的配电系统设计将会带来馈电线路密集、电网重量大等问题。鉴于此,介绍了固态功率控制器(SSPC)在飞机电气改装中的应用情况,分布式智能配电系统利用控制计算机和固态功率控制器来实现试验机改装配电系统的自动控制与管理,配电系统的可视化程度和可操作性均大幅提高,为后续实现全固态配电系统设计奠定了基础。
With the development of multi-aircraft, the testing parameters of aircraft testing machine and the related sensors and parameter acquisition and recording equipment are increasing. The conventional power distribution system design will bring the problems of dense feeding lines and large power grid weight. In view of this, the application of SSPC in aircraft electrical modification is introduced. Distributed intelligent power distribution system uses control computer and solid state power controller to realize the automatic control and management of test machine modified power distribution system. The visualization and operability of the electric system are greatly improved, laying a foundation for the design of the all-solid-state power distribution system in the future.
