以煤矿井下液压支架压力在线监测系统为研究对象,介绍了监测系统的设计,包括系统的整体构成、节点的硬件设计以及CAN通信模块设计等。通过对CANopen协议结构和特点的分析,详细阐述了CANopen协议在压力在线监控系统中的实现过程,包括节点的数据定义、对象字典的建立、程序流程等。最后通过在煤矿现场应用的情况,验证了监测系统的设计合理、稳定、可靠。
Taking coal mine hydraulic support pressure on-line monitoring system as research object, the design of monitoring system is introduced, including the overall structure of the system, the hardware design of nodes and the design of CAN communication module. Through the analysis of the structure and characteristics of CANopen protocol, the implementation process of CANopen protocol in pressure on-line monitoring system is expounded in detail, including the definition of node data, the establishment of object dictionary and the flow of program. In the end, the design of the monitoring system is verified to be reasonable, stable and reliable through the application in the coal mine site.
