目的 :探讨大鼠胃化学性急性炎性损伤对胃移行性复合运动 (MMC)的影响及其可能的神经化学机制。方法 :在胃壁埋植应力传感器 ,于术后 5~ 7天应用 X- Y平衡记录仪进行实时动态记录正常 MMC及经胃管导入甲醛生理盐水后 MMC的变化。结果 :正常大鼠胃可记录到典型的 MMC活动 ;灌甲醛后胃MMC明显改变 ,出现阵发性收缩。结论 :胃化学性急性炎性损伤影响胃移行性复合运动 (MMC)。
Objective: To investigate the effect of gastric chemical acute inflammatory injury on gastric migratory complex exercise (MMC) and its possible neurochemical mechanism. Methods: Stress sensors were implanted in the stomach wall. The changes of MMC after normal MMC and formalin-induced formalin-induced physiological saline were recorded by X-Y balance recorder 5 to 7 days after operation. Results: The typical MMC activity was recorded in the normal rat stomach. After the formalin was infused, the gastric MMC significantly changed and paroxysmal contraction occurred. Conclusions: Gastric acute inflammatory injury affects gastric migratory complex exercise (MMC).
