病例张××·男·46岁,舞阳县果和街六队人,农民。患者与1985年12月21日在住室内被鼠咬破右手食指,伤口用云南白药外敷包扎一周后愈合。1986年元月六日突然发冷发热,体温达40.2℃,头痛、两肩痛,全身困倦无力,食欲不振。右手背有一枣大暗紫色隆起,同侧肘窝、腋下各有一个拇指尖大结节,有触痛。内服中药治疗三天退热,肿物、结节见消。元月20日症状复发,热度又见升高39.8℃,全身症状出现。右手腕背侧有两片铜元大暗紫色痊斑,右前臂曲侧、酣窝、锁骨上凹均有2～5分钱币大微红色肿
