本研究通过文献资料法对《标准》实施下的体育教学现状和《标准》实施中存在的问题进行梳理,发现现行体育课教学形式、体育课教学强度、学生体质健康状况等存在严重问题;《标准》在实施中暴露出,各学校测试流于形式,数据弄虚作假,监管部门执法不严等问题。针对上述研究结果,提出以下改革措施:加强监管、严格问责,将《标准》成绩和学生体育课成绩挂钩,和学校排名挂钩,并因地制宜的开设体育选修课。
In this study, we review the current situation of PE teaching under the “standard” implementation and the existing problems in the implementation of “Standard” by means of literature and information, and find that there are serious problems in the teaching forms of physical education, teaching intensity of physical education and physical health condition of students. Standard “revealed in the implementation of the various forms of school testing flow, data fraud, lax enforcement of law enforcement and other issues. In view of the above research results, the following reform measures are proposed: strengthening supervision and strict accountability, linking the ”standard" grade with the PE results, linking with the school rankings, and setting up PE electives according to local conditions.
