目的查明引起本次食物中毒的原因,有针对性地采取有效措施。方法对参加聚餐者及事故相关人员以及引起食物中毒的危险因素进行调查,采集可疑中毒物样品进行分析鉴定。结果饮用过植物泡制药酒的男性11人全部发病,饮酒量为0.1~0.2 kg/人,潜伏期为10~20 min,饮酒量多者发病更快、病情更重。死亡5例,病死率为45.46%,未饮酒者无人发病。经鉴定,泡制药酒的原料为钩吻。结论此次为有毒植物钩吻引起的食物中毒事故。
Objective To identify the causes of this food poisoning, take targeted and effective measures. Methods Participants and accident-related personnel as well as the risk factors causing food poisoning were investigated, and samples of suspected poison were collected for analysis and identification. Results All of the 11 men who had ever consumed the brewed alcoholic liquor had a total incidence of 0.1-0.2 kg / person with a latent period of 10-20 min. Those who consumed more alcohol had a faster onset and were in a worse condition. 5 cases died, the case fatality rate was 45.46%, no drinkers no one disease.
