教师、学生在校内直接参与真实企业项目的运作,课堂教学与企业运营有机整合,形成阶梯式职业能力培养模式,是高职电子商务专业教学思路和模式的又一次开拓创新。文章重点阐述了这种“以真实企业项目为载体的阶梯式人才培养模式”的必要性、可行性、实施过程及意义。
Teachers and students in the school directly involved in the operation of real business projects, classroom teaching and business operations organic integration, the formation of a ladder occupation ability training mode, is a higher vocational e-commerce teaching ideas and models of another pioneering and innovative.
