目的建立滩涂沉积物中7种多氯联苯残留的三重串联四极杆气相色谱/质谱联用分析方法。方法样品使用冷冻干燥后用正己烷提取,采用三重串联四极杆气相色谱/质谱联用在多反应监测模式(MRM)下进行测定,内标法定量。结果分别对样品进行两个水平的加标回收试验(10μg/kg、100μg/kg),其回收率为65.7%~106.5%,方法的相对标准偏差小于15%,方法的定量下限(LOQ)范围为0.23μg/kg~0.87μg/kg。结论该方法适合对沉积物中多氯联苯残留进行快速测定。
Objective To establish a triple quadrupole GC / MS method for the determination of seven PCBs in beach sediments. Methods Samples were extracted with n-hexane after freeze-drying and were determined by triple quadrupole GC / MS in multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM) and quantified by internal standard method. Results The recoveries were 65.7% -106.5% at two levels of spike recovery (10μg / kg, 100μg / kg) respectively. The relative standard deviation of the method was less than 15%. The limit of quantification (LOQ) 0.23 μg / kg to 0.87 μg / kg. Conclusion This method is suitable for the rapid determination of PCB residues in sediments.
