对Y2纯铝板单搭自冲铆接头、粘接接头与自冲铆-粘接复合接头分别进行拉伸剪切试验,研究粘接剂对单搭自冲铆接头强度和能量吸收能力的影响,并分析接头破坏模式和失效机理。结果表明:粘接剂的使用对单搭自冲铆接头强度有一定程度的提高作用,但是对能量吸收能力有一定程度的减弱作用。在自冲铆-粘接复合接头中,粘接剂对自冲铆接头的破坏模式无影响,铆接对粘接层的破坏模式也无影响。选用合适的粘接剂,单搭自冲铆-粘接复合接头的综合性能优于自冲铆接头和粘接接头。因此,自冲铆和粘接的组合可以获得良好的连接结构。
Tensile shear tests were carried out on Y2 pure aluminum single-tap self-piercing rivets, adhesive joints and self-piercing rivets-adhesive composite joints to study the effect of adhesive on the strength and energy absorption capacity of single- And analyze the joint failure mode and failure mechanism. The results show that the use of adhesive enhances the strength of single-tap self-piercing riveted joints to a certain degree, but has a certain degree of weakening effect on the energy absorption capacity. In self-piercing rivets - bonded composite joints, the adhesive has no effect on the failure modes of the self-piercing riveted joints and the riveted joint has no effect on the failure mode of the adhesive layer. Selection of a suitable adhesive, single ride from the riveting - the overall performance of adhesive composite connector is better than the self-piercing rivets and adhesive joints. Therefore, a good connection structure can be obtained from a combination of punching and bonding.
