在大力推进素质教育的背景下,高效课堂已成为全社会关注的热点,一线教师也不懈地探索着高效课堂之路。建立科学的课堂流程是高效课堂建设的有效策略之一。恩施市小渡船中学经过两年的虚心学习、大胆借鉴、认真筛选、精心提炼,终于摸索出适合本校特点的高效课堂流程:即“学、教、练”课堂流程。拿来与创新:课堂流程的探索2010年暑假,刘本洲校长带领部分骨干教师前往四川蒲江中学考察学习高效课堂建设。回来的汇报课上,教师借鉴蒲江中学“自学—展示—练习”课堂流程,让学生自主学习、大胆展示,一改往日沉闷的课堂氛围。听课
