土壤中的生化反应是在酶的参与下完成的,土壤酶活性是影响土壤肥力的重要因素。本研究在水稻苗床土壤中分别施加苦参内生真菌BS013菌株、枯草芽孢杆菌AS1.894及二者复配的新型复合微生物菌剂,采用酶活分析法分别考察了各菌剂对土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、纤维素酶及过氧化氢酶的活性影响。结果表明:各生防菌剂对土壤酶活性均有一定的影响,且复合生防菌剂对土壤蔗糖酶、纤维素酶和过氧化氢酶活性的影响均大于单一生防菌剂。复合生防菌剂使土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、纤维素酶和过氧化氢酶活力分别提高17.34%、19.21%、79.14%和38.90%。因此,新型复合生防菌剂能通过提高土壤酶活性,提高土壤品质。
Soil biochemical reactions are completed with the participation of the enzyme. Soil enzyme activity is an important factor affecting soil fertility. In this study, endophytic fungi BS013, Bacillus subtilis AS1.894 and the new compound microbial inoculant were applied in the soil of rice seedbed respectively. Enzyme activity analysis was used to investigate the effects of each fungicide on soil urease, sucrose Activity of enzymes, cellulases and catalases. The results showed that all biocontrol agents had certain effects on soil enzyme activities, and the biocontrol agents had greater effects on the activities of soil invertase, cellulase and catalase than those of single biocontrol agents. The biocontrol agents increased soil urease, invertase, cellulase and catalase activities by 17.34%, 19.21%, 79.14% and 38.90%, respectively. Therefore, the new compound biocontrol agent can improve soil quality by increasing soil enzyme activity.
