一、前言由于粉末冶金材料具有一般熔制钢材难以得到的非金属物质配合和减少机械加工而提高生产效率的特性,它作为现代机械产品的结构材料而得到了广泛的应用。但是从机械性能方面来看,诸如冲击韧性、疲劳强度、耐磨性等方面的问题还没有完全解决,目前仍处于不断改进之中。高密度粉末冶金材料的研制以及热处理和表面热处理在粉末冶金材料中的应用,都相应地改善了粉末冶金材料的机械性能。本文着重概述关于铁基粉末冶金材料的表面热处理。
First, the preface As the powder metallurgy materials are generally difficult to get the molten steel non-metallic materials and reduce the machining efficiency and increase the production of the characteristics of modern machinery as a structural material of its products have been widely used. However, in terms of mechanical properties, problems such as impact toughness, fatigue strength, abrasion resistance and the like have not been completely solved and are still under continuous improvement. The development of high-density powder metallurgy materials and the application of heat treatment and surface heat treatment in powder metallurgy materials have correspondingly improved the mechanical properties of powder metallurgy materials. This article focuses on the surface heat treatment of iron-based powder metallurgy materials.
