目的:研究防己与茯苓配伍对肾性水肿模型大鼠的影响。方法:采用氢化可的松、阿霉素建立肾阳虚水肿模型;甲状腺素、阿霉素建立肾阴虚水肿模型。观察防己与茯苓配伍对肾性水肿模型大鼠甲状腺水平、尿蛋白、肾功能、环核苷酸系统、血清蛋白与血脂水平的影响。结果:与阳虚水肿组比较,防己低剂量+茯苓T4、c AMP/c GMP、TP和ALB升高,Cre、BUN、c GMP、尿蛋白、TG和TC降低;防己中剂量+茯苓T4、c AMP、c AMP/c GMP、TP和ALB升高,Cre、BUN、c GMP、尿蛋白、TG和TC降低;防己高剂量+茯苓T4、TP和ALB升高,Cre、BUN、尿蛋白、TG和TC降低。与阴虚水肿组比较,防己低剂量+茯苓c GMP和ALB升高,T4、Cre、BUN、c AMP、c AMP/c GMP、尿蛋白、TG和TC降低;防己中剂量+茯苓c GMP和ALB升高,T4、Cre、BUN、c AMP、c AMP/c GMP和尿蛋白降低;防己高剂量+茯苓c GMP升高,T4、Cre、BUN、c AMP、c AMP/c GMP和尿蛋白降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:防己与茯苓配伍对肾性水肿模型大鼠的治疗作用优于防己、茯苓单味药,治疗肾阳虚证与肾阴虚证的最优剂量分别为防己中剂量+茯苓和防己低剂量+茯苓。
Objective: To study the effect of compatibility of anti-rhizome and Poria cocos on rats with renal edema. Methods: Hydrocortisone and doxorubicin were used to establish the model of kidney-yang deficiency edema. Thyroxine and doxorubicin were used to establish the model of kidney-yin deficiency. To observe the effect of anti-fibroin and Poria cocos on the level of thyroid, urinary protein, renal function, cyclic nucleotide system, serum protein and serum lipids in renal edema model rats. Results: Compared with the control group, the concentrations of Cre, BUN, c GMP, urinary protein, TG and TC in T4, CAMP / c GMP, cAMP, c GMP, TP and ALB, Cre, BUN, c GMP, urine protein, TG and TC decreased; TG and TC decreased. Compared with the Yin-Yin edema group, the GMP and ALB in low dose of Fungi and Poria c increased, while the levels of T4, Cre, BUN, c AMP, cAMP / c GMP, urine protein, TG and TC decreased; ALB increased, T4, Cre, BUN, c AMP, c AMP / c GMP and urinary protein decreased; high dosages of antidepressant + GMP increased, T4, Cre, BUN, c AMP, cAMP / c GMP and urinary protein Decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: The antidepressant and Poria compatibility on the treatment of renal edema model rats better than anti-self, Poria single herbs, the treatment of kidney yang deficiency syndrome and kidney yin deficiency were the best dose of anti-middle dose + Poria and anti-small dose + Poria.
