[目的]探讨重组人促红细胞生成素对脑出血患者神经再生的影响。[方法]应用腰穿注射重组人促红细胞生成素,观察脑出血患者血清VEGF、bFGF的变化以及欧洲卒中量表。[结果]治疗组d7、d10、d14、d17、d21血清VEGF和血清bFGF高于对照组,治疗组欧洲卒中量表d10、d14、d17、d21高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]通过腰穿注入重组人促红细胞生成素能促进脑出血患者的神经再生。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of recombinant human erythropoietin on nerve regeneration in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. [Method] The recombinant human erythropoietin was injected by lumbar puncture. The changes of serum VEGF and bFGF in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and the European stroke scale were observed. [Results] The serum VEGF and serum bFGF of d7, d10, d14, d17 and d21 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group. The European stroke scale d10, d14, d17 and d21 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The injection of recombinant human erythropoietin through lumbar puncture can promote the nerve regeneration in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
