本研究的目的是观察在猴前磨牙颊侧造成牙周组织缺损后,局部应用釉基质或其不同蛋白质成分对牙周组织再生的影响。 材料和方法 刮取6月龄猪仔双尖牙和磨牙胚的釉基质,制成匀浆,分别用0.5 tool/L冰醋酸和10%EDTA-Tris液提取成釉蛋白和釉蛋白,冻干。由于丙二醇藻酸盐(PGA)、羟乙基纤维素(HEC)和葡聚糖生物相容性好,能溶解釉基质蛋白,选作载体,与釉基质匀浆,成釉蛋白及釉蛋白等3种成分分别组合,制成不同制剂备用。 选择恒牙完全萌出、根尖孔封闭的成年猴,从双侧
