引言近年来,政府号召开展“双增双节”运动。而陶瓷业属耗能大户,“节能免烧”成为广大陶瓷工作者面临的重要课题之一。国内外已有 MgCl_2—MgO—Stuffing(填料)等免烧陶瓷地砖的报道,但其表面泛霜严重,光洁度差。我们对“WPC—WC—F—A—W”[白水泥White portland Cement,白粘土 White clay,长石Feldspar,添加剂(醇、酸、水玻璃)Additive(Alcohol、Acid、waterglass),水 Water]系组成物,制作免烧陶瓷地砖,进行了初步探讨,取得了一些有益的经验和数据,现予介绍。1 实验1.1 原料及化学成分本实验所用白水泥取自华新水泥集团红旗水泥厂。添加剂为弱酸(硼酸或醋酸)、乙醇、水玻璃(50%的 Na_2SiO_3水溶液)。酸、醇为工业纯。白粘土、长石及
INTRODUCTION In recent years, the government has held an exhibition of “Double Growth and Double Festivals”. The ceramics industry is a large energy consumer, “energy-saving and burn-free” has become one of the important issues facing the majority of ceramic workers. Domestic and foreign reports of MgCl 2 -MgO-Stuffing (filler) and other non-fired ceramic tiles have been reported, but the surface frost is severe and the finish is poor. Our pair “WPC-WC-F-A-W”[White Portland Cement, White Clay, Feldspar Feldspar, Additive (Alcohol, Acid, Water Glass) Additive (Alcohol, Acid, waterglass), Water Water] made a composition and made a non-fired ceramic floor tile. A preliminary discussion was conducted and some useful experience and data were obtained. 1 Experiment 1.1 Raw Materials and Chemical Composition The white cement used in this experiment was taken from Hongqi Cement Factory of Huaxin Cement Group. Additives are weak acids (boric acid or acetic acid), ethanol, water glass (50% aqueous Na2SiO3 solution). Acid and alcohol are industrially pure. White clay, feldspar and
