疾控中心作为具有公益性质的事业单位,担负着全市疾病预防与控制、突发公共卫生应急处置、疫情及健康相关因素信息管理、公众健康教育指导与干预等各项工作任务。而想做好疾病控制工作,离不开一个好的领导班子的带动和协调,需要强化领导干部的能力建设,使疾病控制工作切实有效的落实。基于此,笔者结合新形势下疾控工作特点及日常工作实践,阐述疾控中心领导干部工作提升思辨、应变、协调和自律能力的重要手段。
As a public service institution, CDC is responsible for various tasks such as disease prevention and control, emergency public health emergency response, information management of epidemic and health related factors, guidance and intervention of public health education. If we want to do a good job in disease control, we can not do without the lead and coordination of a good leadership team, and we need to strengthen the capacity building of leading cadres so that the disease control work can be effectively implemented. Based on this, the author combines the characteristics of CDC and the daily work practices in the new situation, and expounds the important means of enhancing the ability of thinking, adapting, coordinating and self-discipline of CDC leaders and cadres.
