目的了解唐山市不同级别医院工作场所暴力的流行现状并进行比较。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,调查唐山市2所三级医院、2所二级医院和2所一级医院的医务人员在2009年4月~2010年4月中遭受工作场所暴力的情况。结果一级医院工作场所暴力发生率为29.36%(32/109),低于二级医院(59.59%,199/334)和三级医院(58.90%,225/382)。各级医院均以心理暴力为主,且二级医院(44.61%)和三级医院(45.55%)高于一级医院(22.02%)。二级医院女性暴力发生率(57.43%)和三级医院女性暴力发生率(57.85%)高于一级医院女性的发生率(28.99%)。各级医院暴力发生时间均以白班为主。一、二级医院暴力事件多发生病房和护办室,三级医院多发生在病房和医办室。结论唐山市一级医院工作场所暴力发生率低于二级医院和三级医院,且各级医院工作场所暴力均以心理暴力为主。应针对不同级别医院的特点,采取有效的防范措施,预防医院工作场所暴力的发生。
Objective To understand and compare the prevalence of workplace violence in different levels of hospitals in Tangshan City. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate the workplace violence among workers in two tertiary hospitals, two secondary hospitals and two primary hospitals in Tangshan from April 2009 to April 2010. Results The incidence of violence in the primary hospital was 29.36% (32/109), lower than that of secondary hospitals (59.59%, 199/334) and tertiary hospitals (58.90%, 225/382). All levels of hospitals are mainly psychological violence, and the second-level hospitals (44.61%) and third-level hospitals (45.55%) are higher than the first-class hospitals (22.02%). The incidence of female violence in secondary hospitals (57.43%) and tertiary hospitals (57.85%) were higher than those in primary hospitals (28.99%). Violence at all levels of hospital time are mainly white shift. First and second class hospital violence and ward and escort room, three hospitals occur in the ward and medical office. Conclusion The incidence of workplace violence in Tier I hospitals is lower than that of Tier II hospitals and Tier III hospitals, and the violence in the workplace of hospitals at all levels is dominated by psychological violence. Should be aimed at the characteristics of different levels of hospitals, take effective preventive measures to prevent the occurrence of violence in the hospital workplace.
