科学的膳食营养是健康和长寿的重要因素,也是体育健身的必要条件。人体的新陈代谢包括两个过程:一是物质代谢,二是能量代谢。物质代谢是能量代谢的基础。从这一观点出发,学者们指出一个公式为:营养→运动→健身。营养是运动的基础,运动是通向健康的必由之路。
Scientific dietary nutrition is an important factor for health and longevity, but also a necessary condition for physical fitness. The body’s metabolism includes two processes: First, material metabolism, and second, energy metabolism. Metabolism is the basis of energy metabolism. From this point of view, scholars point out that one formula is: Nutrition → Exercise → Fitness. Nutrition is the basis of exercise, exercise is the only way to health.
