观察诱生型一氧化氮合成酶 (iNOS)在豚鼠内淋巴积水耳蜗的表达。将 2 0只豚鼠随机分为正常对照组和实验组 ,破坏实验组豚鼠内淋巴囊以造成内淋巴积水模型。采用免疫组织化学的方法检测iNOS在内淋巴积水耳蜗的表达。结果显示 ,iNOS在内淋巴积水耳蜗的表达阳性 ,且以血管纹和螺旋神经节细胞的表达较强。提示一氧化氮参与了内淋巴积水的病理生理过程
To observe the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in cochlea of guinea pig lymphatic hydrops. Twenty guinea pigs were randomly divided into normal control group and experimental group, which destroyed the endolymphatic sac of guinea pigs in experimental group to induce endolymphatic hydrops. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of iNOS in endolymphatic hydrops. The results showed that the expression of iNOS was positive in endolymphatic hydrops cochleas, and the expression of iNOS was stronger in vascular pattern and spiral ganglion cells. It is suggested that nitric oxide participates in the pathophysiological process of endolymphatic hydrops
