干部任命前,其个人资料要在企业内部网上公布于众,群众点头后才能提拔任用,这是山东电建二公司干部人事管理的一项新举措。这项新的管理办法实施以来,该公司先后有6人通过群众点头走上了中层管理岗位。
Prior to the appointment of the cadres, their personal data must be publicized on the company’s intranet and the people can nod their heads for appointments. This is a new measure for the management of cadres and personnel of the Shandong Electric Construction Second Corporation. Since the implementation of this new management method, six people in the company have successively nodded their heads to middle management posts.
