本文用HI—298型微型肺置计,对邵武煤矿井下作业工人(健康男性,196人)的肺通气功能进行测定,并用自身配对实验方法,对HI—298型肺量计与FJD—80型单筒肺量计测试结果进行性能比较,应用逐步回归数理统计分析,求出肺活量(VC)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒时间肺活量(FEV_1)、FEV_1/FVC%、最大通气量(MVV)、最大呼气中期流速(MMEF)六项通气功能指标的回归方程式,以期对煤工肺通气功能的评价提供参考。
In this paper, we measured the pulmonary ventilation function of workers in Shaowu coal mine (196 healthy men) with HI-298 micro-lung device, and used self-matching test to measure the pulmonary function of HI-298 spirometer and FJD-80 The results of single cylinder spirometry test were compared with each other. The results of stepwise regression mathematical statistics were used to calculate the vital capacity (VC), forced vital capacity (FVC), FEV 1, FEV 1 / FVC%, MVV ), Maximum expiratory flow rate (MMEF) six ventilation function index regression equation, in order to provide a reference for coal workers lung ventilation function evaluation.
